Schedule of examination is on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Muntinlupa National High School – Tunasan Annex.
For strict implementation: Examination will start at 8:00am until 9:30am. Late individual for more than 30 minutes will be considered absent. Please be on time. Gates will open at 6:30am.
Requirements for new amateur license:
- Photocopy of your amateur radio seminar certificate
- Photocopy of your valid ID
- Two (2) copies 1×1 picture
- Two (2) self-addressed stamped envelopes
- Application exam fee worth Php50. If you don’t have two (2) self-addressed stamped white-legal envelopes, the cost is Php80 payable to NTC.
Requirements for re-examination/ upgrade of license:
- Authenticated copy of your ARSL/AROC (upgrade)
- Copy of result of your previous examination (re-examination)
- Two (2) copies 1×1 picture
- Two (2) self-addressed stamped envelopes
- Application exam fee worth Php50. If you don’t have two (2) self-addressed stamped white-legal envelopes, the cost is Php80 payable to NTC.
Total cost of special exam is Php230 inclusive of two (2) self-addressed stamped envelopes and NTC personnel, accommodation, and transportation. Its only Php150 for the convenience cost.
Fully accomplished application form for amateur radio exam should be in PARA c/o Mr. Gilbert Galbis, DU1GG on or before March 22, 2019. Submission and Filling of Application Forms to NTC NCR will be on Monday, March 25, 2019.

For stations with misspelled names and who have not receive their certificate after the seminar, your certificates are now available at PARA Office. Please indicate in your application for exam that such certificate is with PARA Office.
Please mind that all certificates issued by DX1PRS are authenticated, serialized and seal stamped. PARA Office will validate all serial numbers based on issued certificate. Fake certificates will be rejected and subject to legal implications.
This Special Examination at Muntinlupa is open to all stations who would like to take an examination specially for stations who would like to upgrade their licenses at your convenience from your home. We do not make money for this kind of activity as we considered ourselves as non-profit organization.
